Description: This home was a puppy mill. There were 2 individuals living in the home along with approximately 35 dogs. This floor is covered in feces. You can see where the ceramic tile remains but the dark area is subfloor. They have removed the carpet probably due to urine and feces.

Description: Sanitation Maintenance. The deedholders didn't have access to their bathroom due to hoarding and necessary repairs. They “made” a shower in an unfinished basement. In the top left corner of the picture you can see a shower head hanging from the ceiling. The basement walls are brick, there is no drain or any type of ventilation. They placed a plastic pallet on the floor of crushed bricks, and a piece of board along the wall for a shower surround.
