A wench lowering an aluminum bench broke at a metals plant. The bench fell into an ~8000 gallon open vat of sodium hydroxide solution, and the bench became fully submerged and the aluminum reacted with the sodium hydroxide solution producing Hydrogen (H2) gas which ignited. Once the product level in the tank was lowered, and then the tank was refilled with water to dilute the solution, the flames ceased

Description: Some kind of rodent was sealed in a bag of Dole Spring mix salad during packaging. There was no decomposing of the rodent, and the bag of salad was packaged in California and purchased at a local store here in Montgomery County.
